How to Display your Jewelry for Trade Shows



Building a brand for your jewelry store takes time and a lot of hard work.  If you want to have a successful jewelry business it is important to have patience and diligence to join different trade shows. This will not only give you more chance to be known but it will also help you to build followers and valuable business contacts. 

When you’re joining trade shows, how you set up your jewelry display is important in building the first impression of your customers. There must be a lot of other businesses that sells wholesale fashion jewelry in these shows but you have to be able to convince the visitors to have a glimpse your display. This can be done by carefully planning the way you lay down your products and how you decorate your space. A little effort such as putting brochures and calling cards can definitely go a long way.

Maximize your space

Trade show organizers provide space depending on the size of the venue of the event. Usually you will be given a small booth with light dividers separating each store. In this case, you can create a plan on how to creatively hang your products in such a way that they will still be accessible for your visitors. 

Use display boards or frames to hang earrings on the walls of your booth. If your space may permit, you can bring a mannequin where you can put different necklaces on display. The organizers often provide tables for trade shows; however, you can bring your own light weight but sturdy table if you want. Just make sure that your display won’t be ruined in case someone bumped into your table.
You can also make use of small boxes to present your rings and small earrings. Colorful teacups or small saucers can be a creative way to display your jewelry. 

Organize your products

Present your products in such a way that the customers can easily navigate through it. Put earrings together in one part of your booth, then bangles and bracelets on the other side. Another way to do it is to put together earrings, bracelets and rings with the same style or theme. This way they can buy whole set of accessories depending on their style and preference. If you want to feature a particular product or creation, put it in the center or in a place where it can be easily noticed by people. Add some decoration to further emphasize your featured product and make it more unforgettable for the trade show goers.

Inform your customers

As most visitors of trade shows will be coming from different places, it is important to inform your customers where to find you after the show. You can giveaway business cards with your store address, contact number or social media handles like twitter or Facebook Page. This will allow further interaction with your customers and build relation with them. 

Giving out a leaflet or brochure is also a good way to inform your customers about your product and your business. This way they can contact you or go to your shop in case they want to make another purchase. This will also make it easier for them to recommend your store to their friends and other contacts.

Display your wholesale fashion jewelry in such a way that it both expresses your identity and reaches out to your valued client. In the end, just remember to learn from these trade shows, express your creativity and have fun!
